My work includes professional property valuations, the planning and execution of marketing measures, and the preparation of documents in cooperation with property management companies and authorities. I personally support ongoing marketing orders, including the drafting of the purchase contract in consultation with the notary. After successful notarisation, I also take care of the handover formalities.
