In my role as a trainee real estate agent

at Engel & Völkers, I combine my passion for real estate with a customer-oriented approach. People are the focus for me, because a successful real estate business is based on trust, empathy and personal commitment.

I am currently working in the letting department. Here I support the team in the preparation and organization of letting processes, such as the creation of exposés, scheduling and market analysis. These tasks give me valuable insights into the processes and I am learning how important structured processes and teamwork are for success in letting.

I particularly appreciate gaining insights into the diverse challenges and opportunities of the real estate industry. With every step I take, my enthusiasm for the industry and my knowledge grows, which I would like to use in the future to help people realize their dream homes.
