Louis Böhnke

I am a native of Bremen and have been part of the company since 2019. My journey began with a dual degree in real estate management, where I was able to explore all our areas – from leasing and sales to back office operations. This diversity has given me a deep understanding of how our company operates and how the individual processes interconnect.

After my studies, I was hired and accompanied exciting projects as a real estate consultant. I have been particularly fascinated by the world of commercial real estate from the start: complex, demanding, and different every day. This is exactly what motivates me. New topics, ideas, and encounters drive me. In recent years, I have also built a strong network that enriches my work. I love delving into different issues, developing solutions, and bringing others along on this journey.

Since August 1, 2025, I have been Head of Operations. In this role, an open, respectful, and team-oriented environment is particularly important to me. I aim to create an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable, can contribute optimally, and grow together. Professionally, I am primarily focused on the leasing of office spaces and investment sales.

I have had a close connection to the real estate sector from an early age, as my parents also work in this field. This proximity has shaped my enthusiasm. Today, I combine this foundation with my own expertise, my calm demeanor, and my passion for imparting knowledge. At the same time, I learn something new every day – it is this opportunity for development that makes the industry so fascinating to me.

I look forward to many more years with the company, to exciting projects, and to the people I will accompany. In doing so, I stand by our clients with joy, reliability, and a deep understanding of the market.
