Servus, I’m Marc! As Head of Business Operations & Growth, I am responsible for Business Operations, onboarding, training and enablement in the Munich region. Together with my team, I create structures, services and learning opportunities that support self-employed real estate advisors in using the E&V system effectively for their business.

I combine practical requirements with clear responsibilities, efficient processes and digital solutions. My goal is to create a high-performing environment that facilitates a successful start, strengthens the confident use of the E&V system and enables sustainable growth.

I know Engel & Völkers from different perspectives: from my own experience as a self-employed real estate advisor in Frankfurt, from building and developing Business Operations in Berlin-Brandenburg, and today from advancing and integrating the Munich organisation. These experiences shape my ambition to connect people, structures and technology in a meaningful and effective way.
