Marius Köcke

Since 2020, I have been working for Engel & Völkers Commercial in Hannover and have completed a degree in B.A. Real Estate Economics. I specialize in project developments and industrial properties with a regional focus on Hannover, Hildesheim, Göttingen, and Kassel. Another focus of my work is supporting regional investors in Northern and Central Germany. Additionally, I have overseen numerous real estate transactions in project development and industry sectors.

Within the team, I am responsible for developing project development concepts in close coordination with architects. Furthermore, I handle investor outreach, particularly for project developers. My responsibilities also include structuring the due diligence process and providing comprehensive reporting to the seller. In addition, I oversee both the marketing process and the negotiation of purchase agreements.
