Marlene Dolle

I am a native of Bremen and have been passionately involved in the real estate world since 2018. I began my training with Engel & Völkers directly in the Commercial sector-a field that continues to fascinate me to this day.

After my training, I was taken on as an assistant. During this time, I became intimately familiar with all internal processes. This foundation later proved invaluable when I transitioned to a combined role of assistant and real estate consultant. The direct customer interaction brought me immense joy, so much so that I eventually focused entirely on real estate consulting.

Over the past few years, I have built a robust network and accompanied many exciting projects. Since August 2025, I have been working as Head of Sales. In this role, I place great importance on respectful, open, and honest interactions both within the team and with my clients. I live this daily through my authentic presence.

The development of my hometown Bremen is very close to my heart. That's exactly why I love my job: I can actively contribute to shaping, bringing new concepts to the city, and thus making a small contribution to Bremen's future.

My professional focus is on the leasing of office and retail spaces as well as the sale of investments. Commercial real estate is complex, and that is precisely what makes it so exciting. Every day brings new topics, new clients, and new challenges. This diversity is simply fantastic!
