Some houses tell more than any property brochure ever could. That is exactly where my work begins: with creaking floorboards, centuries-old masonry, and rooms where the handwriting of earlier generations can still be felt.

For me, historic properties are not like other properties. A castle, a manor house, or a listed farmstead calls for time, expertise, and respect for what has grown over the years. I know the particular demands of these buildings, from heritage protection requirements and funding opportunities to questions of upkeep, and I guide owners and prospective buyers through the entire process with calm and sound judgment.
