As Head of Sales at Engel & Völkers, I am responsible for the management and strategic direction of the entire sales division. I am responsible for increasing sales, developing the independent consultants and maximizing the profitability of the company. My role is to motivate the independent consultants, develop and implement sales strategies and maintain and develop relationships with clients and partners.
