Patrick Hippe

My responsibilities include the sale and brokerage of residential real estate such as houses, apartments, and plots of land. I provide personal advice to owners and prospective buyers and support them throughout the entire sales or purchasing process. This includes determining the market-appropriate value of properties and land, developing tailored marketing strategies, and creating premium exposés and professional sales documentation. In addition, I organize and conduct viewings, guide purchase-price negotiations between buyers and sellers, and ensure a seamless process through to the notary appointment and handover of the property. Another key focus of my work is acquiring new listings as well as building and maintaining long-term client relationships. For optimal marketing, I leverage online portals, social media, and the extensive Engel & Völkers network. I also work closely with financing advisors, notaries, and other partners, and independently plan and manage all sales activities.
