Rachel Stern

I knew early on that I was fascinated by the real estate and marketing sector.

After graduating from high school in Hamburg, my path initially led me to the University of Hamburg, where I studied business administration. But my curiosity quickly drew me into the real world; I decided to do an internship with one of the largest franchise brokerage companies in the USA at the time, where I spontaneously completed several months of training to become a certified real estate agent in Seattle - a formative experience that not only gave me valuable experience, but also gave me an insight into other working methods and brokerage systems as well as real estate marketing.

After returning to Germany, I initially completed a two-year apprenticeship as a real estate agent at a large real estate franchise company with headquarters in Hamburg.

As I was passionate about marketing, I then completed an internship of several months in the marketing department of the Mercedes-Benz branch in Hamburg,

. After a further one-year stay abroad in Israel for study purposes, my career path led me back to the real estate industry, where I held various positions at the HQ of a renowned brokerage house for many years - from assistant, HR, to marketing and PR tasks.

At the beginning of 2018, I moved to Engel&Völkers Hamburg Projektvermarktung & Alster, where I initially worked in marketing and have been responsible for brand communication and the strategic development of the company as Head of Marketing since 2020.

In addition to my professional passion for marketing and real estate, sports, cooking, traveling and my family are central parts of my life.
