Simone Großner

I am passionate about properties, both as places to call home and for the potential they hold.

I joined Engel & Völkers Weinheim as a career changer, moving from midwifery into the world of real estate.

With over 14 years of experience as a midwife, I bring qualities that I believe are equally important in real estate: listening attentively, building trust, and guiding people through significant decisions with empathy and reliability.

Having undertaken the complete renovation of a house myself, I have further deepened my passion for property. I am currently complementing this practical experience with part-time studies towards a diploma in real estate management.

As a Heidelberg local, I have strong ties to the region.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you with personal commitment, an open mind, and enthusiasm for what I do.
