Susanne Kämmerer

As a sales assistant, I support the sales team and ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently. My tasks include customer care, maintaining and updating data and providing administrative support to our brokers. I also act as a central interface between sales, marketing, other departments and external service providers to ensure an optimal flow of information and effective collaboration. Thanks to my structured and service-orientated way of working, I make a significant contribution to the success of the sales team.
