Since June 1, 2020, I have been working as a commercial real estate consultant at Engel & Völkers Commercial in Bremen. A native of northern Germany, I grew up on the dike near Bremen overlooking the Weser Rive. An environment that instilled in me an early passion for buildings, structures, and spaces.

Even in my youth, I was fascinated by architecture and buildings. My initial ambition was to study architecture. However, due to the market situation in the construction industry at the time, I opted for an engineering degree in Ulm, specializing in factory planning. In this environment, I designed, among other things, administrative buildings, workshops, and production facilities for the commercial vehicle industry, developing a deep understanding of functional, efficient, and complex building structures.

After approximately 30 years of industrial experience in southern Germany – about 25 of them in management positions – I returned to my northern German roots and my ideal employer in 2020. Today, I am completely in my element in the commercial real estate sector: the more complex the task, the greater the appeal. Even minor oversights can lead to significant additional costs, especially in this area. Therefore, the highest precision, accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and reliable, trustworthy collaboration with all parties involved are fundamental principles of my work.

I take great pleasure in working with our highly motivated team in Bremen, focusing on achieving goals for discerning clients and successfully completing transactions. Thanks to my many years of leadership experience and technical expertise, I communicate confidently and effectively with owners and investors, always on equal footing. Being readily available to our clients is a matter of course for me.
