The southern part of Frankfurt is the main focus of my work. As an independent real estate advisor at Engel & Völkers, I work here with owners, buyers and prospective clients, know the specific neighbourhoods, target groups and market prices, and understand which factors decide whether a property actually sells or just sits online.

My focus is on Dreieich, Neu-Isenburg, Langen and Egelsbach. Through the Engel & Völkers network I also work with clients in Frankfurt and the Taunus region and can match supply and demand across the wider area in a targeted way.

In working with clients I value clear and direct communication. At the beginning there is always an honest assessment of your situation and your goals. Based on this I develop a marketing strategy that fits you and your property, from realistic pricing and preparation through to a convincing presentation with high quality photos and the selection of suitable buyers.

Owners benefit from the fact that I structure and actively manage the entire sales process. I prepare documents, coordinate viewings, qualify interested parties, support negotiations and stay involved until the notary appointment and handover. Buyers I support in realistically assessing the opportunities and risks of a property so that decisions are made on a solid basis.

My approach is simple: stay on it, not just be there. I am not interested in a quick deal, but in a result my clients are happy with in the long term. In the end it comes down to trust, and that is exactly what I measure myself against.
