Tom Heghmans

I have been part of the Engel & Völkers network for several years. After starting my career as a working student in the Commercial Department, I successfully completed my training as a Certified Real Estate Agent (IHK) in the Residential Real Estate Department of Engel & Völkers Lower Rhine.

Today, I am responsible for sales, lettings, as well as back-office operations. My primary area of activity is Krefeld, while I focus particularly on lettings in the Viersen area.

Among my greatest achievements are the successful letting of a villa in the Musikerviertel with an asking net rent of €10,000 per month, as well as the letting of a Mallorcan-style finca in Viersen with a net rent of €4,500 per month.

I can confidently say that I have turned my passion into my profession. Advising clients and brokering residential properties in the Lower Rhine region is something I truly enjoy.
