Victor Hannemann

Born and raised in Berlin, I am deeply rooted in this city. My area of expertise is Friedrichshain, with a particular focus on the neighborhoods surrounding Boxhagener Platz and the Auerdreieck – areas I have known intimately and followed closely for many years.

Following my High School graduation, I began my professional training with Engel & Völkers at the age of 17. I have remained loyal to the company ever since and have now been working successfully in the real estate industry for nearly seven years, driven by passion and dedication.

It gives me great pleasure to help people in Berlin find their perfect home or to provide trusted guidance through significant personal transitions. To me, real estate is about more than just buildings – it is about living spaces and, quite often, a major milestone in a person's life.
