Your Responsibilities
 Reporting directly to the agency management, you will be responsible for:
Defining and implementing the local marketing strategy in line with the Engel & Völkers brand
Managing online and offline communication campaigns (digital, print, events)
Overseeing digital presence: website, social media, acquisition campaigns, newsletters
Analyzing performance (KPIs, leads, brand awareness) and optimizing marketing actions
Working closely with real estate agents to enhance their visibility within their target areas

Your Profile
Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role
Strong command of digital tools and social media platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy and attention to detail
Creative mindset with a strong results-driven approach
Excellent writing and interpersonal skills

Languages
Fluency in French, English, and German is required
Luxembourgish is considered an asset
