The office building is located in the up-and-coming Munich-Sendling district. The campus, which is characterized by the Bauhaus style, impresses with its proximity to the city centre and excellent transport links, as well as a dynamic environment of different uses. The buildings are characterized by a delicate, regular façade with large windows and a straightforward design language. Planted roof terraces and high-quality outdoor areas serve as recreational areas for the tenants. The fit-out is developed together with the tenants according to their individual needs.
