2. A 141–169 m² apartment available with bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobe, an open-plan kitchen and living area, a guest WC, a balcony and views.
3. A 180–186 m² apartment with bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes, a living–dining area with a separable kitchen, a guest WC, and views of Gellért Hill.
The apartments are fitted with built-in, fully equipped kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes, and a shelving wall in the living room; the laundry room includes a washing machine and dryer; the bathrooms are fully finished; and the bedrooms are furnished with a bed frame, headboard and vanity table. Most apartments also include a first-floor storage room.
