Description
The co-ownership shares offered form part of a forest property of approx. 3,470 ha of contiguous mountain forest areas in Slovenia. These are predominantly productive alpine mountain forest sites with a dominant spruce stand, with shares of beech, fir and other mixed tree species. With an average timber stock of approx. 420 m³/ha, the property has high earning capacity and very good growth potential. Management is carried out sustainably on the basis of a forest management plan, supplemented by a well-developed road network and additional short-term utilization potential.

The forest area is located in northern Slovenia near the town of Tržič, close to the Austrian border and the Karawanks. The region is characterized by extensive, contiguous mountain forests and offers good transport links via regional roads. Due to its location, it provides attractive sales opportunities in the timber markets of Slovenia, Austria and northern Italy, as well as ideal export conditions via the ports of the Adriatic coast, especially Trieste.
