The heritage-protected villa dates back to 1906 and was commissioned by a manufacturer from Ehrenfeld. The house, designed in traditional regional architecture, presents itself as a two-story building with an expanded attic. The distinctive construction reflects the builder's need for representation. The building remains intact to this day and impresses with many original details and style elements that contribute to its special charm. These include, among other things, half-timbered applications, marble floors, stucco-decorated ceilings, Art Nouveau wall tiles, and an intricately crafted wooden staircase. Over the years, extensive renovation work has been carried out in close coordination with the monument protection authorities, with the preservation of the original character always being a priority.
