Sunny Villa

We reach our villa in the heart of the UNESCO hills. Its ochre-colored façade echoes the warm tones of the surrounding countryside; the pitched roof, exposed beams, and wooden details lend a rustic, welcoming touch—an harmony you can sense even before getting out of the car. The garden, which surrounds the property for about 3,000 square meters, welcomes us with its expanse of greenery. We cross the threshold and the main entrance leads us into a single, generous open-plan living area. The large windows encourage a constant dialogue between indoors and the garden, creating a very pleasant sense of continuity. The open kitchen and dining area blend into a harmonious space, enhanced by exposed wooden beams and two fireplaces that create a feeling of warmth. A distinctive feature of the living area is the tiled stube stove, set alongside a traditional fireplace. On the ground floor we also find a bedroom and a modern bathroom, spaces designed for everyday practicality. Going up to the first floor, the atmosphere becomes more intimate and secluded. The sleeping area, also characterized by exposed beams, includes the master bedroom with its private terrace, a second double bedroom, and a large windowed bathroom—bright, welcoming rooms. The lower level proves to be a true retreat. The air becomes warmer and more humid in a wellness area, where we find a sauna, a Turkish bath, and a relaxation zone, with the possibility of installing a hot tub. This floor is completed by a tavern with kitchen, a billiard room, and other service rooms that offer ideal spaces for hosting guests and for enjoying fun and relaxation. This villa seems to us a very attractive choice for those seeking a refined lifestyle and privacy in the unique natural setting of the Prosecco Hills. At the same time, the garden and the lower level make it possible to welcome friends and loved ones, spending pleasant moments in good company.
