Tourist-licensed home with private guest area

This unique property captivates with its brightness and harmonious connection to nature. It is located in Vall Repòs, in the heart of Les Gavarres, a renowned protected natural area of the Costa Brava. From the entrance, a glazed skylight floods an exotic garden with natural light, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The day area opens onto a living room with fireplace, a spacious fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and an open mezzanine that currently houses a billiard room. The high ceilings add a further sense of space. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with a cosy sitting room and another fireplace; from here, there is direct access to the solarium and terrace. On this same floor, there are two en-suite bedrooms: one with a full bathroom and WC, and the other with a shower and toilet. The pool is impressive both in size (15m x 7m) and in its direct access from the living room, allowing you to keep an eye on the children from inside. The transparent roof enables year-round use while enjoying natural light. Upstairs, the night area includes a master suite with fireplace, shower room with toilet, and a sunny private terrace. There is also a second very spacious bedroom with separate stair access. The villa currently accommodates up to 12 guests. It has a tourist license, offering excellent rental income all year round — an ideal and profitable investment. The property also includes a second independent dwelling, discreetly located on the plot. It comprises a living room with fireplace and open kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet, a large versatile room, and a laundry room. Ideal for staff, guests or a live-in caretaker with complete independence. An additional storage shed for garden tools and a covered porch with space for two cars complete the property.
