The forestry property in Norway’s Trøndelag region covers approximately 940 hectares, including around 442 hectares of productive commercial forest. The timber stock amounts to approximately 53,500 m³ and consists predominantly of spruce. With an annual total increment of around 1,961 m³, the property offers attractive forestry-use potential and solid long-term value. The estate is complemented by a hunting ground of approximately 1,450 hectares, including leased additional land, diverse wildlife, a river with wild salmon, and several trout lakes. A hunting and fishing lodge is located directly within the hunting ground.
