Launch of Collaboration with E&V Leipzig-Dresden

Engel & Völkers New Development Berlin-Brandenburg is expanding its geographical scope to include Leipzig and Dresden. From initial acquisition to the fully supported project launch, the team manages the strategic positioning and marketing of new development projects. Leveraging its extensive expertise, it provides the Engel & Völkers network with seamless access to this sophisticated business segment. Local client management will continue to be handled as usual by the on-site Residential Consultants.
This model of collaboration is familiar territory for the development team: they have successfully maintained a close and highly effective partnership with valued Residential Experts across Berlin and Brandenburg for quite some time, and now plan to deepen this synergy even further.
To officially mark the beginning of this new partnership, Heike Luise Wissinger, Managing Partner of the New Development division, visited Leipzig in January along with her executive board and the product development and marketing teams. Welcomed by Christian Rocca, Steve Hoffmann, and other representatives from Engel & Völkers Saxony Residential, the teams reviewed the construction progress of the first developments and mapped out the next steps of their collaboration.
With its strong position in the existing property market, the Leipzig-Dresden location offers the ideal foundation, and the structured expansion of the new development sector now unlocks significant growth potential. Leipzig leads the rankings as the fastest-growing major city in Germany. Set against the backdrop of this continuously dynamic housing market, this partnership is built on a highly sustainable, long-term perspective.
The cornerstone project kicking off this collaboration is the BLOSSOM development in Leipzig-Reudnitz. In early March, BLOSSOM will return to the market following a comprehensive marketing re-launch. The average price of the units currently available, located adjacent to Reudnitzer Park, stands at just over €5,000 per square meter.
With this strategic move, the Berlin-Brandenburg New Development team aims not only to pioneer the E&V project business in Leipzig and Dresden but also to extend an invitation to other locations within the network. Any partners wishing to enter or re-enter the new development sales market who are interested in a collaboration are warmly invited to join an open dialogue.
