The historic farmhouse, with an eventful history, was completely renovated in 2021/22 and a modern extension was added on the ground floor. By dismantling the historic farmhouse, which was built between 1823/24, a contemporary, modern extension was added to create a spacious single-family home with a special character in the north of Seefeld. On the ground floor you can still feel the traditional farmhouse and still enjoy all the advantages of a modern house.
The building was partially gutted and a new concrete foundation slab including insulation and underfloor heating was installed. All electrical and building technology was reinstalled and heating is now done via an air heat pump. Triple-glazed windows were installed, the roof and roof structure were renewed and provided with 20 cm of thermal insulation.
