Growing demand for new construction in Madrid

According to various studies, the demand for new property construction in Madrid continues to grow. In fact, during 2015, this figure increased by 68 per cent compared to the previous year, 2014. This trend seems to be steadying in 2016, although it is true that no official data exist on this so it will be necessary to wait until January 2017. Undoubtedly, this is a great indication of the recovery that the property sector is experiencing in a gradual way after the severity with which it was hit by the crisis.
