Recently built, this linear villa has been designed by the award-winning and renowned architectural studio Fran Silvestre. Villa Abejaruco has a very unique character, integrating each room from its angles and merging the property with nature.

Just a few metres from Los Alemanes Beach, next to the Camarinal Lighthouse and surrounded by the vegetation of the Natural Park of the Strait with few houses nearby, it is a haven of tranquillity. It is also less than 10 minutes drive from Zahara de los Atunes and 25 minutes from Barbate.

Villa Abejaruco is divided into two floors. We are welcomed by a pleasant entrance hall leading to the property.

On the main floor there is an imposing open-plan room of over 100 square metres shared between the kitchen designed to the millimetre, a dining area governed by an infinity table with unbeatable views of the sea and the spacious living room divided into a television area and an area for disconnecting and reading.
In the sleeping area of the villa we find the master bedroom with built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with a large bed and en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a single bed and a double bedroom with a one metre eighty bed; both sharing a full bathroom. All of them with a sensational panoramic view of the sea.

The pantry with wine cellar, the built-in wardrobes that provide storage in the entrance hall and the guest toilet are perfectly camouflaged in the hall of the property.

The lower floor has a complete bathroom shared between the two double bedrooms with two single beds each, connected by an English patio where you can enjoy the silence and tranquillity. There is also an ironing room and laundry area equipped with a tumble dryer, washing machine and various functional cupboards and a multifunctional leisure room equipped with sofas, table football, board games and a fridge among others.

The outdoor area is the jewel in the crown as it offers different spaces with great views. A succulent garden full of fruit trees, well-tended bushes and plants border Villa Abejaruco, providing the green touch necessary for the enjoyment of your holidays. The terrace has designer yet functional outdoor furniture such as comfortable sofas, hammocks and great parasols for relaxing. The magnificent west orientation makes it easy to unwind from the infinity pool.

The property has been designed for families or large groups of friends and can accommodate up to twelve guests.
