A story intimately linked to Haute Couture

While the west of Paris was prized by the elite from the end of the 18th century, the Golden Triangle owes its illumination in large part to the couturier Paul Poiret. In this exceptional small island, the prices of goods are totally disconnected from the rest of the market. In order to acquire a property there, you have to count between 20.000 and 30.000€ per square meter on average. Although it represents a small area, the Golden Triangle constantly attracts new buyers, often foreigners, attracted by the international reputation of the neighborhood.

In the Golden Triangle, one finds rather old properties, located in Haussmann-style buildings.
