On the ground floor, the building will host the reception with shop and back office, staff toilet, a storage room and sanitary facilities for the adjacent garden lounge and swimming pool. The campsite was designed with single-storey private sanitary facilities, which include a washbasin, toilet, shower, and sink.

Mobile homes/bungalows may be built. A maximum of 10% of the pitches may also be used for mobile homes. These may not exceed a maximum area of 40 square meters.

South Tyrol: Location and surroundings of this plot

The property is located in the municipality of Partschins, more precisely in Ziel street and is situated on a south-west facing slope with an incline in which are provided the terraces.

Opposite to the entrance of the site is the sports zone, with a football pitch, tennis courts, children's playground, billiards, darts, table football and bowling alley.

Parcines is located in the lower Vinschgau Valley and is considered a transitional area between Merano and Vinschgau, which serves as a link to Switzerland and Austria, as well as a link to Italy for the western part of Germany.

Partschins with its fractions and approx. 3,900 inhabitants have 2,249 guest beds and is very important in tourism and agriculture. It is located six km from Merano, at the entrance to the Texelgruppe Nature Park. Parcines is famous for its waterfall, which is one of the most impressive in the Alps with a drop of 97 m, as well as the railway world in miniature, the K.u.K. Museum Bad Egart and the typewrite museum Peter Mitterhofer.

The varied hiking area with a mountain flank in the north and in the south as well as two cable cars allow easy hikes on Waal and panoramic paths, as well as hiking tours on the Meraner Höhenweg, into the wild Zieltal or to the most beautiful summit tours in the Texelgruppe Nature Park.

The property borders are located directly on the valley station of the cable car Texelbahn, which connects the village with the Sonnenberg, the southern valley flank of the Texelgruppe Nature Park, and is also the starting point of the well-known Meraner Höhenweg.

Narrow alleys, picturesque residences and rustic farms characterise the image of the historic village.
