This splendid property dates back to 1890 and was completely renovated in the 1990s. It was part of the old country estate of an important family of Genoese marquises. Still in excellent condition, thanks to the constant maintenance of the owners, it consists of two buildings, which constituted the old stables of the noble estate. The main L-shaped house has two floors, while the other building, the old barn, is on two levels plus the original cellar. The two units are connected by a passageway. All rooms of the main house are generous in size, rich in charm and history.
