We reach our property in a quiet location, far from the beaten tourist track, but just a few steps from Via Garibaldi and the magnificent Biennale gardens: the area is very convenient to transport services and is a privileged starting point for discovering the city's treasures, from Piazza San Marco to the magnificence of the Arsenale and the islands of the Lagoon.
We cross the threshold of the property, on the third floor of a small building of just a few units: on the right we notice the delightful windowed bathroom in Verona red, Alpe green and Botticino marble; in front of us, the splendid designer kitchen, also in marble.
To our left is the spacious and bright dining room, which divides the bedroom from the elegant living room, restored and furnished with great care. We are surprised by the natural brightness of these three rooms, even in the late afternoon, and are enchanted by the open view of Campo Ruga. The second bedroom, adjacent to the living room, completes the property.
The property, finely restored recently and characterised by design elements, maintains the Venetian atmosphere thanks to the exposed beams and Venetian terrazzo floors; it is also equipped with steel tube radiators that can be controlled remotely, underfloor heating in the bathroom for extra comfort and air conditioning. There is a small storage room on the ground floor.
As we look back on the shoot, we consider this flat to be a very attractive solution both as a first home and as a home for unforgettable Venetian getaways, close to services and places of interest and, at the same time, in a quiet residential area.
The Castello district, the largest and one of the oldest in Venice, is located at the eastern end of the city. One of the most populous districts of the city has always kept the traditional "Venetian lifestyle" intact. Among the numerous monuments and works of art we cannot fail to mention the Arsenale, for centuries the cradle of the power of the Serenissima, the Basilica of SS. Giovanni e Paolo, one of the most loved by the Venetians, of S. Francesco in Vigna, of S. Maria Formosa.
The property is located near Via Garibaldi, a typical venetian and residential area at the same time, with numerous shops nearby. The location is very demanded for investment, given the proximity to the Giardini and the pavilions of the Biennale.
