The farmstead is located in the peaceful and idyllic surroundings of Tesimo's Monte di Mezzo, between the two cities of Bolzano and Merano. Tesimo, a quiet municipality in the province of Bolzan in northern Italy, lies at about 650 metres above sea level and can be reached from Lana via the Palade road in just 15 minutes by car. The low mountain villages of the Monte di Mezzo, far from the Adige Valley, were once used by the nobility and bourgeoisie as a favourite summer holiday retreat and starting point for excursions. Traces of this history are still present today in the form of former summer residences, castles, noble residences, churches and historic chapels. The locality is characterised by its tranquillity, green surroundings, excellent transport links and a wide range of infrastructure, restaurants, sports and leisure facilities. The golf course in Lana, the hippodrome, the Merano thermal baths and various skiing and hiking areas are in the immediate vicinity. The excellent transport connections, combined with the building's ideal orientation towards the south, allow for comfortable living. The cities of Bolzano and Merano are only a few kilometres away (approx. 15-20 km) or about 20 minutes by car from Tesimo. Commission Details

The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions. The agent's commission in the amount of 4.00% on the purchase price plus the compulsory VAT shall accrue from when the Purchaser becomes aware of the acceptance of his/her purchase offer (proposta d'acquisto) by the Seller.
