Amenities and special features of this house

This beautifully renovated 19th-century house is located just a five-minute walk from the shore of Lenno.
Spread over three floors, it offers a charming combination of traditional style and modern comfort.
On the ground floor, a welcoming entrance hall leads to a well-equipped kitchen with a fireplace and a spacious living room with an elegant fireplace. The internal staircase, made of Moltrasio stone, leads to the first floor where two comfortable bedrooms, a storage room, and a spacious bathroom with shower are located.
The basement offers further space with a bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe and a room used
currently as a bedroom.
The details of this property are particularly beautiful: terracotta and wooden floors, ceilings with exposed wooden beams and custom-made wooden window frames with double glazing.
Sold fully furnished, the property also includes a single garage and a separate farmhouse, currently in need of renovation, ideal as a storage room or additional space. A beautiful private fenced garden with a small storage area for tools provides excellent privacy and is ideal for moments of relaxation or outdoor entertaining.
This house represents a rare combination of history, elegance and functionality, perfect for those looking for an exclusive home in an enchanting location, as well as a solution for short holiday rentals.

Lenno: Location and surroundings of this property

Lenno is located on the western shore of the lake in the Tremezzina area. Its lake promenade called Bay of Venus, is dotted with exclusive villas, restaurants and cafes. Its piazza features a 12th century baptistery and hosts an open-air market once a week. The ferry dock enables easy transportation to and from all destinations around the lake.
Also within walking distance is one of the lake's most famous and prestigious villas, Villa Balbianello. The village also has several hotels, a supermarket, wine/liquor store, pharmacy,
banks and a variety of shops that are all within easy walking distance. Lenno is famous for its mild climate and is a popular holiday town in the Tremezzina area, easily reachable from Como, Menaggio, Lugano and the motorway.
The famous ski resorts of St. Moritz, Madesimo and Bormio are a few hours’ drive.
