We are located in Campo San Lio, a strategic crossroads for reaching the main places of interest in Venice, such as San Marco, Santa Maria Formosa and Rialto, to name but a few. From the campo we enter a side street, the buzz totally diminishing as we reach the entrance to the flat. We are greeted by a large atrium with a real well that immediately makes us feel part of the context of a historic Venetian palazzo. We also find a convenient and practical storage room, before walking up the marble steps, which make us appreciate the excellent state of all the common parts. Reaching the first floor, we cross the threshold of the entrance: we are immediately struck by the natural light coming in copiously from the canal-facing view of the entire first side of the flat. We open the windows in curiosity, to better appreciate the spectacle of the reflections of the sun's rays playing with the canal's water, letting ourselves be lulled, for a few moments, by the pleasant sound of the gondoliers' oars gently slicing through the water. We continue along the corridor and find the second bedroom, the bathroom and two other rooms, all with air conditioning. Finally, we visit the large living room, the eat-in kitchen and the second bathroom, all recently renovated. Castello: Location and surroundings of this property

The Castello district, the largest and among the oldest in Venice, is located at the eastern end of the city. Always one of the most densely populated districts of the city, it has maintained the traditional 'Venetian way of life' intact. Among the numerous monuments and works of art, we cannot fail to mention the Arsenale, for centuries the cradle of the power of the Serenissima, the Basilica of Saints John and Paul, one of the most beloved by Venetians, of S. Francesco in Vigna, of S. Maria Formosa.

Commission Details

The appointment for the sale with our real estate agency and our real estate agents is formalized with a written agreement or, without any document, with the utilization of the services shown in our service brochure, in our real estate expose and relevant conditions.
