Situated in the heart of the Florentine Chianti area, just a few steps from the town centre, the property is reached by following a typical asphalted country road bordered by a row of cypress trees, leading to the wrought-iron gate, the private entrance to the property. The villa is situated in an excellent location. In fact, the nearest built-up area is less than a kilometre away by asphalted road and can also be reached on foot. Here it is possible to find all the basic necessities such as restaurants, groceries, schools, medical centre, etc. In addition, in less than 15 km you can reach the A1 motorway and in about 20 km you are in the historic centre of Florence, where you can find international schools, the hospital, the airport and the high-speed train station. With a few minutes' drive you can also reach various tourist destinations such as the Chianti area, famous for its medieval villages and wine cellars.
