Our flat is located at the Excelsior, an historical and iconic place for more than 80 years thanks to the international Film Festival, The Bucintoro Palace is a building thought to be inspired by the famous Collamarini: tall, slender, extraordinarily modern in size, it is in the purest Art Nouveau style, in the Moorish-inspired version, a predominant feature of Venetian architecture at the end of the century. A former annexe of the Hotel Excelsior Palace, which created the fame of the Venice Lido and its most elegant and coveted urban residential area, it stands on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, a natural sandy shore sprinkled with picturesque little huts and facilities of every comfort. A complete renovation project has enriched it with all the most modern services and the beach to which it has direct access. The property is completed by a storage room for bicycles and a direct exit to the beach, the most luxurious on the Lido. Lido: Location and surroundings of this property

The Lido of Venice is the favourite seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal-clear waters and beautiful beaches.
