We get off the vaporetto and head towards our property; our short stroll - considering the proximity of the public transport - is very pleasant, allowing us to walk carefree along Via Lepanto, which connects the Gran Viale with the beaches. About halfway down the street, we take the side road where our villa is located, arrive in front of the gate and walk along the driveway leading to the entrance: we immediately notice the large size of the property, divided into three parts: basement, mezzanine floor, first floor. Upon entering, we immediately notice the vast living room of over 60 square metres, very bright thanks to the many windows, and with an attractive exit onto the veranda. Lido: Location and surroundings of this property

The Lido of Venice is the favourite seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal-clear waters and beautiful beaches. The liberty style still characterises the entire island, accompanied by the 'belle epoque' atmosphere that reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido can be easily reached in a few minutes by various public water transport lines and the entire island can be travelled by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland. The appointment for the sale with our real estate agency and our real estate agents is formalized with a written agreement or, without any document, with the utilization of the services shown in our service brochure, in our real estate expose and relevant conditions.
