Very close to the beaches of Lido and to the means of transport for the historic centre, we stroll along the island to reach this small, very quiet street, which conveys a sense of peace and tranquillity. Here is our property, located in an early 20th-century villa, with its own entrance and a large, perfect garden that extends both to the entrance and to the rear. The portion of the villa is spread over two floors that have everything necessary to be used individually: on the ground floor we find a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a multipurpose room, whose view of the garden immediately infuses us with great serenity. Before reaching the first floor, we find on the stairs a room used as a study. On the first floor, the spaces are arranged in an almost mirror-image fashion compared to the ground floor, but we note with pleasure the addition of a lovely little terrace; we need only lean out to enjoy a pleasant sea breeze. This portion of the villa is a promise of unlimited moments of well-being and tranquillity, individually or to be shared with loved ones, just a few steps away from all the magical charms of the Venice Lido.

The Lido of Venice is the favourite seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal-clear waters and beautiful beaches. The Lido can be easily reached in a few minutes by various public water transport lines and the entire island can be travelled by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland.

Commission Details
The appointment for the sale with our real estate agency and our real estate agents is formalized with a written agreement or, without any document, with the utilization of the services shown in our service brochure, in our real estate expose and relevant conditions.
