The original complex consists of a group of houses, of which the two main ones and the garage have been finely restored guaranteeing the comfort of modern life in an environment with a particular charm of the past. The oldest building in the "I Pieracci" complex dates back to the 14th century, to which was added a series of beautiful porticoes, which originally constituted the post stable of the ancient route between the Papal State and the Grand Duchy of Tuscany.
The manor house, 612 m² large, was built by the Della Corgna family between the 16th and 17th centuries and is spread over three levels. The last restoration was in 1991.
On the basement floor there is a large gym, office with waiting room, bathroom and machine and boiler room. On the first floor there is a living room, hall, dining room, kitchen, laundry/ironing room, a bedroom and two bathrooms. The welcoming living room has a large fireplace built according to the Umbrian tradition with an original 500-year-old beam and can accommodate up to 6 people inside. On the second floor there are four bedrooms, a study with a skylight, an entrance hall and two bathrooms. The second house, 145 m² large, consists of a ground floor with living room, bathroom, dining room and kitchen. The upper floor has two bedrooms with private bathrooms, the main one with a fireplace.
The 52 m² garage is divided into two areas: on one side it can accommodate two cars and on the other there is a large multipurpose space. In addition to the villa and the second home already fitted out, there is, depending on the project, the possibility of rebuilding/renovating 3 to 5 homes.
