The farmhouse is located in the hills of the countryside surrounding the medieval town of Assisi in an exclusive area.
The building, which was completely renovated in stone in rural style in 1995, has the characteristics of typical rural buildings with traditional Umbrian materials. All the rooms have finishes typical of Umbrian rural architecture such as terracotta-coloured ceramic flooring, ceilings with main and secondary wooden beams and exposed terracotta tiles.
The windows are made of wood and the shutters of PVC.
The rooms are heated with radiators and LPG boiler; the water supply is via municipal aqueduct and there is a well for irrigation.
The property is surrounded by 10 hectares of land with an olive grove of 1500 trees, the rest partly woodland and partly arable land.
