The farmhouse is located in the hills of the countryside surrounding the medieval town of Assisi in an exclusive area.
The building, which was completely renovated in stone in rural style in 1995, has the characteristics of typical rural buildings with traditional Umbrian materials. The unit is on two floors with access both directly from the ground floor and from the first floor through a staircase with a loggia, and is therefore easily divisible, if of interest, into two separate units.
It is currently composed on the ground floor of a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a guest bathroom; from the main living room, a hallway leads to two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Access to the upper floor is via an open staircase in the living area or via an external staircase with an independent entrance; on the first floor there are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
All the rooms have finishes typical of Umbrian rural architecture such as terracotta-coloured ceramic flooring, ceilings with main and secondary wooden beams and exposed terracotta tiles.
The windows are made of wood and the shutters of PVC.
The rooms are heated with radiators and LPG boiler; the water supply is via municipal aqueduct and there is a well for irrigation.
The property is surrounded by 10 hectares of land with an olive grove of 1500 trees, the rest partly woodland and partly arable land.

Commission Details
