**Build the house of your dreams here. This wonderful plot of 100 ha is located in a lovely surrounding in the middle of nature in the mountains of Jijona. There’s an old building on the plot and they are planning a new project at the same place, which would be a house of 350 m2 with a design that fits perfectly into the surroundings, with high ceilings, wooden beams, swimming pool, etc. The plot is self-sustaining, right now it’s not 100% exploted for the production of almonds and we’re waiting for the certificate for organic farms. There’s the possibility to present a forestry plan to build a bath where you can go easily by horse, quad or walking.
