Villa to be customised, just a stone's throw from the Golf Club

Immersed in the peaceful locality of Alberoni, on the island of Lido di Venezia, we visit a unique place with timeless charm. We are talking, to all intents and purposes, about the only villa of its kind in the surrounding area and neighbouring areas. Entering through the large gate, we are welcomed by the vast and charming garden that surrounds the villa. As we walk forward - with deliberate slowness, we admit! - the scent of maritime pines mingles with that of damp earth, and the green of the well-tended hedges meets the blue of the canal that opens up before us. In the distance, we can even see the island of the famous golf club, an image that surprises us and brings us serenity. The villa is on two levels and is as spacious as the landscape that surrounds it. The style is that of the Lido of yesteryear, the splendour of the early decades of the 20th century, when progress was in the air and the Art Nouveau style that marked the history of these lands was in vogue. On the island of the Film Festival, some frames of this property are reminiscent of the art photography of the films of Luchino Visconti and Bernardo Bertolucci. Going upstairs, another surprise awaits us: a terrace overlooking the water and the garden below. We look at the tree branches from above and feel the sea breeze gently swaying them and then caressing our faces. At the end of the visit, we take with us all the enchantment that this property has left us with: an architectural marvel, perfectly integrated into a natural setting that almost made us feel like we were part of a fairy tale.
