    The Argüelles neighborhood was born during the Expansion period and is a magnificent example of bourgeois Madrid. Bordered by the Parque de Debod and Princesa Street, it stretches in a narrow strip from Plaza de España towards Parque del Oeste, delimited by the streets of Pintor Rosales, Irún, Paseo Moret, Ferraz, Princesa, Plaza de España, and Cuesta de San Vicente.
