The municipality of Alcúdia is one of the most beautiful places in the Balearic Islands. Virgin coves with transparent waters surrounded by pine forests, natural environments of great faunal and ecological value, archaeological sites, and delicious gastronomy are reasons enough to visit this town located in the northeast of Mallorca.
It is nestled on a peninsula that separates the bays of Alcúdia and Pollença. Along its more than 30 km of coastline, there are beautiful sandy beaches, rugged cliffs, and hidden coves of great beauty.
Manresa, Mal Pas, and Bonaire is a rugged peninsula within the fabulous bay of Pollença that belongs to the municipality of Alcúdia. This small coastal enclave is recognized for its natural beauty, surroundings, and tranquility, with a landscape dominated by blue sea, mountains, valleys, and pine forests, creating an incredibly beautiful coastline.
The small coves are a secret kept from the masses, with transparent waters and clear views across the bay to the Port of Pollença and Formentor, where one can enjoy its stunning sunsets.
There are two residential areas, Cielo de Bonaire and Paraíso de Bonaire, at different heights on the slopes of La Victoria, most with sea views. The residential areas of Manresa and Mal Pas are also nearby, with spectacular properties that are on the front line of the sea, some of which have belonged to the same family for generations.
Without large mass hotels, the area has remained prestigious and peaceful, offering basic services including a pharmacy, diving center, small marina "Puerto Cocodrilo," and a few excellent restaurants.
The town of Alcúdia is only 1.5 km away, and the Port of Alcúdia with all its facilities is not much further. Diving, sailing, canoeing... are some of the favorite summer sports in the area.
