The neighbourhood of Argüelles, born in the Ensanche period, is a magnificent example of bourgeois Madrid. Bounded by the Parque de Debod and Calle Princesa, it extends in a narrow strip from the Plaza de España and towards the Parque del Oeste, bounded by the streets of Pintor Rosales, Irún, Paseo Moret, Ferraz, Princesa, Plaza de España and Cuesta de San Vicente. At the same time, the residents of this charming neighbourhood enjoy the marvellous Parque del Oeste, considered one of the lungs of Madrid. In addition, the district has excellent communications thanks to its proximity to the M-30, the A-6, the Carretera de Castilla and the Moncloa Interchange: with direct access to the mountains of Madrid, and on the other hand, access to the centre of the capital.
