New single-family home in LLoma del Mas

This modern single-family home is designed from the contemporary view of Mediterranean warmth. The project is conceived from a double-height stone volume that contains the vertical circulation of the project; from this volume, the remaining blocks that form the program are articulated. The opaque white boxes envelop a fluid and luminous interior where natural stone and warm tones predominate. Large glass panels allow light to enter directly into the interior and provide brightness to the home. The fully integrated living-dining-kitchen space, accompanied by a natural stone wall, extends to the outside, enhancing the sense of connection with the surrounding environment. The house is developed over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living-dining-kitchen, accompanied by a guest bedroom, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. The staircase next to the foyer connects to the first floor, where the master bedroom is located with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and shower tray, accompanied by two double bedrooms and a full bathroom.
