Studios (Third Floor): ● Spacious rooms with high ceilings, equipped mini-kitchen (hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker) and modern bathroom. ● Additional areas: ○ Chill out: Armchairs and small table under a skylight. ○ Dining room: Folding table with folding chairs. ● Large wardrobe, desks and separable beds with bedding included. Designed for comfort, functionality and modern style. The property has advanced technology to guarantee a comfortable and efficient stay. It has a solar installation of 16 panels for the electricity supply, achieving energy self-sufficiency and cold-heat air conditioning through ducts, with independent control in each room. Access to the house and rooms is via digital locks with PIN codes or digital keys provided before arrival.
