Your Main Responsibilities

Valuation and presentation of properties
Professional and consistent client support
Implementation of sales and marketing activities
Your Profile
Completed commercial training or comparable degree
Several years of experience in sales and/or the service sector
Prior sales experience in real estate is a plus
Permanent residence on the island
Own vehicle and valid driving license
Good knowledge of the island and region is an advantage
Very good German and English skills, good Spanish skills a must
Proficient in MS Office
Affinity and enthusiasm for real estate
Good manners, a confident and friendly demeanor, and a strong service orientation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, independent, and structured way of working
High level of commitment and team orientation
"Hands-on" mentality and personal initiative
Goal-oriented approach and negotiation skills
