Experience history: enchanting 17th century farmhouse in the beautiful Umbrian countryside

The timeless charm of this extraordinary 17th century farmhouse, immersed in the tranquility of the Umbrian countryside, just a few kilometers from the splendid Todi, is waiting to be discovered. Accessible via a charming tree-lined driveway, this unique property is surrounded by one hectare of land, ideal for those who love nature and the outdoors. The main farmhouse is a perfect example of historical architecture, with large, bright spaces that combine elegance and comfort. Not far from the farmhouse, there is a dependance, with a cozy mini-apartment on the first floor, perfect for guests or to be used as a private study, and two large storage rooms on the ground floor. Within the garden there are also two rooms to be used for storage and to complete the property a garage for two cars. The main house in its interior is divided into three floors. On the ground floor, with an independent entrance, we find a large and bright kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a guest room and a large and characteristic tavern. On the first floor, also with a separate entrance, but also connected by an internal staircase to the other floors, we find a living room with dining room, a study, a bathroom, two bedrooms and two large terraces with a pleasant view.
